Employers are responsible for making certain that workers who are utilizing the forklift are trained in safety and risks. Never let anybody on a forklift who isn't properly trained to operate the forklift. Your business must develop and post in a visible place all forklift safety measures.
Rather than going through training because workers are required to, they must have a positive attitude in doing so. You as the employer should help workers know the importance of correct training. Let them know that they could kill or injure not just themselves, but other people, if they make mistakes. It is up to you to make sure that all your employees undertake training seriously.
