Powertrain
A forklift has to be tough enough to last for many hours of heavy operation in extreme settings. These equipment need to be able to move loads fast and efficiently whilst still being ergonomic to the operator. The dependable, rugged Yale powertrain provides superior durability through its state of the art clutch packs, computer managed engine and transmission and really robust gears and shafts. The transmission, engine, steer axle, and drive axle are all isolated in order to reduce noise and vibration inside the operator's compartment.
Electrical
The lift trucks electrical system is responsible for linking the major nerve centers of the truck. Hence, the electrical system within the lift truck must be durable and reliable for the most demanding cold/hot and wet/dry operations. There is much sophistication required in order to control truck functionality.
Yale trucks are recognized for delivering reliable electronics. The Yale CANbus electrical system uses digital technology and reduces wiring and reduces electrical connections as well. This results in remarkable serviceability and improved reliability.
Hydraulics
The hydraulics are the forklift's "muscles". They give the necessary force required to lift heavy loads during the entirety of a long shift. All Yale trucks feature industrial grade hydraulic components. Several of these components consist of: heavy-duty hydraulic valves, leak resistant O-ring face seal fittings, long lasting hoist and tilt cylinders, and fine micron filters. The control valve has been strategically positioned so as to prolong component life by lessening exposure to heat sources.
The Yale forklift can withstand the most extreme working conditions coming out on top with their great reliability. These equipment have been constructed in such a precise way that attention to detail has been taken into account so as to keep the operator as comfortable as possible.
