Established in the year 1920, FM GRU Tower Cranes began as a family company in the Northern Italy's biggest industrial place. In the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into a manufacturing and industrial economy, the company was working in welded construction industries and the metal structural sector. FMgru was involved in constructing bridges for roads, pylons to convey electricity, a wide range of presses, forklifts, farming machines and prefabrication molds.
During the year 1963, the company began crane production. The company eventually invested all of their human resources and financial resources in this activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest specialization level in the field of lifting.
Product Line
FMgru presently manufactures and sells 4 different series of tower cranes. These equipments are designed and engineered for a variety of applications and there are models available to cover all construction requirements.
FMgru has some really flexible lifting options for smaller businesses working on private homes and other smaller buildings. Self-erecting cranes have 1200 to 4000 kg capacity and offer 22 to 40 meters jib range.
Other units include topless tower cranes. These cranes have 30 to 65 meters jib range and a running capacity of 1800 to 6000 kg. The fast erecting tower cranes are both user friendly and extremely adaptable. They are suitable for minimizing interferences when there are many cranes working in the same building site.
Saddle-jib tower cranes provide a jib range of 58 to 80 meters. They have a running capacity of 6000 kg to 12000 kg. There are standard tower cranes which have no over sail restriction and are great for any construction or building project.
Fdr56Luffing-jib cranes by FMgru have a 12000 kg capacity and 50 meter long jibs. These cranes are specially designed to work in restricted sites and on high-rise projects where buildings are found in close proximity to each other.
